Paper and Corrugated Cardboard Packaging

TRIBOFLON PFPE lubricants help to protect your machinery investment, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.  Benefits include NSF H-1 certified food grade lubricants, a wide temperature range, chemically inert lubrication, thermal stability and high compatibility.

IKV Lubricants high temperature corrugator grease cartridges are plastic compatible, containing polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe) thickened pfpe grease. It is classified as non toxic, thermally stable and chemically and biologically inert with NSF H1 registration for food safe lubricants.

We offer an extensive range of ptfe coatings, lubricants, greases and oils including ptfe lubricant sprays.

Our high performance food grade oils and greases are widely used on slitter scorer blades to extend life, in roll cleaning applications to prevent starch build up and for food safe chain lubrication. These are also NSF H1 registered and include a range of food grade silicone oils, hydraulic oils and lithium greases.

The manufacture of plastic packaging involves high temperatures and the requirement for lubricants that will not carbonise or degrade whilst also being food industry compliant.
